How can you take the NextStep?
We have broken up the process of taking the NextStep into two main stages. These stages allow for more focus on the important areas that need attention when making the move, whilst also allowing players more flexibility on their commitment to making the move.
Stage 1
Marketing
We begin the process of taking the NextStep by creating your player profile. This consists of your highlight video and football CV being made, and your profile added to our database. As well as the profile being uploaded to our website, we market you to various clubs in Australia. If a team is interested, we get you in contact and advise you on your NextStep!
Stage 2
Preparation
Once you have agreed a deal with a club in Australia, we then begin helping you to apply for your visa and find flights that work for you. After you arrive in Australia, we will help you set up your new bank account, health insurance, Tax File Number (to begin working), sim card, and so on. We are available throughout the year to help you settle in and answer any questions you have, making your move as smooth as possible.
Stage 3
Referrals
If you have a teammate or friend who wants to take the NextStep, simply refer them to us and if they sign for a club, you will receive a referral fee per player! Contact us to find out more information on how the referral system works, and how you can get started with us!
Stage 4
Transferring Clubs
If you decide that you would like to transfer to another club for whatever reason, you will only need to go through Stage One again. Current NextStep Soccer Agency players will receive a discounted rate on this stage!
